Security

Purchase Transactions

 1.⁠ ⁠Buyers must follow the transaction procedures set by Atas Artisan.

 2.⁠ ⁠Buyers agree to:

   Accept that displayed product colors may vary depending on device screens.

   Enter into a legally binding contract upon purchase.

   Acknowledge that stock availability may change; unavailable items will be refunded.

3. ⁠Misuse of credit card payments may result in:

* Transaction cancellation

* ⁠Fund holding for investigation (minimum 28 working days)

* ⁠Deduction of 15% from transaction value

5. ⁠Refunds will be returned to the card limit unless violations occur.

6. ⁠Only Indonesian-issued credit cards are accepted.

7. ⁠⁠A 3% administrative fee applies and is non-refundable upon cancellation.

Shipping

1. Shipping must use verified logistics partners within the system.

2. ⁠Shipping terms are fully governed by the logistics provider.

3. ⁠Atas Artisan is not responsible for delivery-related issues caused by third-party couriers.

Other Provisions
